Why We Built HiOffice

HiOffice started as an internal solution.

We’re a small remote team working across different time zones, and we were missing something essential. We often didn’t know who was available or who we could quickly reach out to. We needed something lightweight and simple — a space for spontaneous conversations, quick contact, and a real sense of working together as a team.

Slack messages and scheduled calls weren’t enough.

So we decided to build a lightweight virtual office that solves the problems we were facing every day:

• and feeling like you’re working together as one team
